Our own service team—certified gas fitters, not subcontractors—handles gas and electric units across the Niagara Peninsula.

Annual service customers get called in August and September so the tune-up happens before the October rush. And when something quits mid-season, you’ll be glad the people who installed it are the same people who answer the phone.

Do you service fireplaces you didn't install?
Yes. We service every major hearth brand across the Niagara Peninsula, whether or not we sold you the unit.
How fast can you get out for a repair?
Most service calls happen within days—not the six weeks you'll hear elsewhere. No heat in winter or a smell of gas gets prioritized, so call us directly for anything that can't wait.
How much does a service call cost?
A service call starts at a flat trip rate that covers the first hour of diagnostic work. Parts and extra labour depend on what we find, and we give you a straight number before any major work.
Do I need an annual inspection?
For gas units we recommend an annual tune-up before the burning season—it catches small problems early and keeps a newer unit's manufacturer warranty in good standing. We call annual customers every August so it's done before the fall rush.
What areas do you service?
The whole Niagara Peninsula—Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Fort Erie, and everywhere between the lakes.
