Our visit to the store was pleasant and easy to manage because the staff was friendly and cared about what we were concerned about. Dave the service tech showed up promptly on time. He was professional and knowledgeable about our fireplace. He repainted parts that were shedding paint and now it looks brand new. As well he taught us a few basic lessons about the controls. We plan to use this business every year!!"
